I came here visiting, but this one experience was the worst I've ever had. 5 mins to get acknowledged, 20 mins with a closed menu in front of me ready to order, 40 MINS to get my small order of boneless wings. Not even a quick sorry for the delay, but an attitude when asking for silverware (and they brought me the wrong dipping sauce). I have never complained b/c I worked in the restaurant business for multiple years and some things are understandable, but when I did the manager did NOTHING, not even an apology.

Service has been on a decline for the last couple years. Used to be a great place after work with co-workers. Then they decided they didn't like their customers and closed up earlier and earlier. Food quality has declined as well. Portions change and your order varies from day to day if you happen to order the same thing when you go.

Was there at 3 PM, they had music blasted like it was a club, asked them to turn it down for my grandmother. They said someone requested it to be turned up lol. Um this isn't a club... If jam boys at the bar need to listen to music loud af go to a regular bar, I would get it if there was a game on, but besides the party of eight we came in with there were five people in the place.

My wife purchased a wrap and she was brought a different one from what she purchased. She sent it back to the kitchen. Three separate staff members came over to her (with menu in hand!) to tell her she was wrong! Not even kidding. She was so embarrassed she was nearly in tears. And then it turns out she was right and all three staff were wrong!
We had children with us and it ended up that everyone else in our party was done eating before she was given her right meal. It took kitchen staff over 20 minutes to make a wrap! She took it to go. Manager refused to compensate her meal. Will never eat at this location, again.
