Today was my third time coming here. Every time the food has been pretty good but the service is generally slow. Today it was the worst. Im not sure about the waitresses name but she was blonde in her 20's with tattoos down both of her inner arms. After our waitress came over and got us drinks, we waited about 25 minutes to put our order in. While I was putting my order in, she reached and grabbed my menu out of my hand before I was even done. She didn't use a notepad, which was fine until she forgot two things. Next, we waited for about an hour to get our food. Keep in mind, there might have been four or five other tables. It was slow. After finally just asking for our food in to go boxes when it was done, we went out to the car to find salsa all over the napkins and no fries or ranch and something else was messed up. We went back inside to where our waitress started back talking us and got smart with us saying how she's been there for years and doesn't need a notepad and then she continued to get loud with us until we left. I don't know how she still had a job but if that's how she treats the customers she's taking business right out of your guys' hands. I will never be back, which is a shame because the food was always pretty good and the prices are reasonable. But to not have any money taken off the bill or an apology, but simply to be yelled at, I will never be back and I hope this waitress doesn't make it much longer either.

Walter's has always been a place we come to,to meet our Aunt Kay Mitchell for breakfast and lunches....we love it there....great food great service and the bonus is my Aunt gets to play her numbers and keno while we're enjoying our meals....kudos to u Walther's....
