When you order a Pizza for delivery, you expect a 30-45 minute delivery time. I always tip well and pay and include tip when I order. To get a delivery time of 1.5 hours is not acceptable, especially when you call back to check on the order and the manager (Jeff) tells you your Pizza is under the HOT lights, ready for delivery in an hour or so...used to like their pizza....so sad...

We travel from Atwater to this Pizza Oven every couple months, it's also our traditional Christmas Eve dinner. It's a little trek for us, otherwise we would go much more often. I grew up right around the corner from the West Tusc location. Lesh is equally delicious. We've NEVER had a bad experience, the food is literally it's own food group it's so amazing. The staff is fantastic, kind and helpful. We placed a very big order tonight that was done in 30 minutes, hot, perfect, delicious. There is a reason Pizza Oven is the most successful pizza, wings and chicken favorite in NE Ohio! Thanks, guys, we love you! ❤

Ordered 2 white chicken snacks and got thigh and smallest wing ever saw. Last time coming here. Pretty sure someone else's food. Called and didn't appear interested
