Wow...this guy! Extremely rude, brief, and no compassion what so ever! Tis a shame his staff nearly follows suite. Honestly, I wouldnt recommend his services to anyone. He only keeps patients flowing in and out because he is the only ENT in Stark County that accepts Caresource. If you don't mind being treated like a lower class citizen, have concerns unanswered, and have second rate work done...then by all means, go for it...
