I’ve always liked Wendy’s Jr. bacon cheeseburgers and frostys. I still think they are great. However, the Wendy’s in Burleys drink fountain is the worst. I’ve hardly ever comes out and there is only one machine so there is always a line to get a drink. Cool tech for the machine but very poor execution. If they had about 3 of the same machines they would be getting a much better review.

Bathrooms were clean. Actually whole restaurant was clean. Food tastes the same as any other wendy's

Immediate bad gut feeling here, but stayed based in Wendy's reputation. Worst fast food experience of my life. Total chaos and carelessness in the kitchen. Fully half of our order wasn't initially given to us. When we went back to inquire they acted annoyed and put out. My burger was barely warm and had ketchup smeared all over the outside of the bun. There was less chicken nuggets than advertised in one son's meal, another son brought me a fully frozen, stiff French fry (I'm still trying to figure out how that one happened). I don't normally even say anything if something goes a bit wrong, I get people have bad days. This was much more than that. Corporate needs to get down here and whip this place into shape before they completely ruin their brand or worse yet start spread sickness due to sloppy food prep.
