I am an injured worker since October 2013. At the moment this is the second time that Nca has stopped my weekly payments. This time is because they say it has been more than 90 days since my last medical exam (Dec 2014). Meanwhile they got my Drs.' report of Jan 17 2015 for my loss of use test and made an appt. for an IME exam. I have not received any weekly moneys for their mistake. How fair can that be? Also since June 27 2014 my claim has been on appeal as to which state it will be held in. Nobody has told me anything about this either. How can any of this be fair or helpful to me?? I would appreciate it if someone could contact me and explain what is happening to my claim and how fair it is to me to be treated like this.
