My appointment was for 8:30 and my work specifically scheduled this time so I wouldn't be late to work. It's 9:00 and I was just called to the window to check in and then told when I'm called back my physical will be at least 30 minutes. If this is a facility that does appointments like this every day you would think they would get it together and obviously be a bit more organized or better run.

My appt was at 9:15 am today. I checked in at 9. It is 10 am and I'm still waiting to see someone. Terrible service.

Called to make an appointment for a Saturday, as I need an annual PPD and work physical for one of my three jobs. Was told by the receptionist I did not need an appointment for a Saturday, but that I should arrive before 10 am. Arrived on Saturday at 8:45am. Sat until 10:45am, and watched approximately 11 people who arrived after me be seen. When I asked why there was such a delay, I was told those people had appointments. I am usually happy with my experience here, but this really got my blood boiling. When using this provider, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, regardless of what staff tells you on the phone.

I came in for a PPD placement, which takes all of 2 minutes (I'm a nurse and have placed these myself many times) , I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes and when I asked how much longer I'd be waiting I was informed other people were before me and it could take up to an hr longer. This is ridiculous, the staff was condescending and obviously not able to do their job appropriately if it takes them 1hr45mins to do a PPD. I left and went to Pulse and was taken care of in 15 mins. Just shows the difference of quality. I will never go to healthworks again. Completely unprofessional.

A new york scam, my doctor was much better equipped, to do the examination, the atmosphere at health works was like a loud cafeteria doctors rude. A disservice to drivers/workers that are forced to deal with this place by the state ,shame on ny
