Everything is computerized since I was last there, but seems slower than ever. I placed order and it kind of disappeared before I finished twice. Only one person at register, and 4 plus customers. 2nd cashier appeared, found register locked, so she just walked away. Was there a shift supervisor? Haven't a clue. Buttermilk tenders were good and fresh. Service same as its been for years.

This restaurant is ran so poorly. It's Sunday at 11 and I order two kids meals. The girls say we don't serve breakfast till 11 and I go its 11:03 and she goes no it's 1059 you're out of luck. This is the most unprofessional McDonald's I've ever seen. After 15 minutes of waiting in the parking spot a girl brings in my order and says they've been messing up a lot check with this is yours. Well guess what it's not mine another 15 minutes I wait worst service ever. I do plan on calling their corporate office and Reporting the store for terrible service.

Worst McDonald's ever!! Always closed for maintenance and it's a brand new building. What a joke. I'll be going to taco Bell and Wendy's from now on. Not even gonna waste my time going to this one anymore. Especially seeing Ecolab there all the time!

You roll the dice using their drive-thru. I have had occasions where you get through very quickly, but this morning I sat in their temporary holding pen for 20 minutes. I had to bang on the window three times to remind them that I was sitting there. They completely forgot about us. And it's it's not like we ordered anything esoteric. A couple of coffees Egg McMuffin and oatmeal. Not sure how that order was so odd that we were held as a dozen other cars were served as we sat waiting.

My girlfriend is diabetic and on their website says that there is sugar free syrup and there was none. They said they just don't have it at that one! Also she ordered coffee and didn't get it. The cashier didn't hear because we were not charged. Had to go back up and get a knife and fork from them. They didn't give us one and don't have them out.
