Expensive, but great! A good treat for yourself. I like waiting in the dry and wet saunas. Very relaxing lounge area as well.

Love The Loft. Super friendly staff and a great location. I've been going here monthly for a few years now for regular deep-tissue massages.

I hired loft to do hair for my wedding and while the salon was very professional and responsive in setting up the appointments I was very disappointed with how my hair turned out on my wedding day. Not only did the style not reflect the photos I showed the stylist (i.e. It came out very southern belle like when I was looking for something more natural and whimsical), the stylist didn't leave any hairspray or pins at the venue when she left and my hair began to fall out during my first look shoot before the ceremony even started. As a result, I felt self conscious about how it looked the entire evening and can't help but feel distracted by it when looking at photos.

I had be a client here for years. The atmosphere is very relaxing, it is a great space . The problem was that I never had a hair stylist stay for over a year. I heard that there's constant turmoil and that the staff isn't treated well. The prices are astronomical too. $27 for an eyebrow wax! Luckily there are many other places to go in Bozeman with reasonable prices and not so much drama.

Great atmosphere and vibe. Had a manicure done, just a classic French, and loved it. Only problem is that it didn't really last a whole week. Was hoping it would last longer, but it was my first one so I don't really know how long the average one lasts.
