Ordered delivery around 7:30pm... food was said to be delivered at 8:30pm but didn't show up. Called at 9:30pm asking where food was, was told it left recently and will be there shortly (didn't even ask for the name or the order.. so not sure how they knew our food had just left). Food still hadn't arrived.. called again at 10pm.. got hung up on after asking about our order.. called right back, someone else answered ( i think the manager, as it sounded like the same person i talked to a long time ago when i asked to speak to a manager)... instantly stated "we had trouble with your order." and then "we couldn't find your location and gave you a call but no one answered"... i never got a call in the past 3 hrs so i asked what time they called and he couldn't answer the question, while talking nervously and indirectly and not apologetic at all. It's now after 10 and still no food. I've been in the service industry for years... i get it.... i could care less if you're kitchen is busy and my order takes longer than supposed to.. but learn some communication skills. And if you mess up, be honest and make it right. Food here is great, but won't be giving my business anymore. Yikes!!!!

This Bozeman staple is consistently delicious. With more than 20 years of coming here, my mouth waters whenever I walk in the door. The menu is the perfect mix of old classics, fusions, and new twists on favorites. PS The salads are no joke.

Excellent and uncommon pizza choices! Great place to take the whole family. Fast and friendly service. Nice atmosphere.

The food here is good. Service is generally very good to good depending on how busy they are. All of the pizzas we've tried have been fantastic with pizza all the way to the edge, no skimping. My family said the sandwiches were generous and flavorful. The large table in back needs a fan on hot days so beware if they sit you there when it's warm.

My family and I came to Mackenzie river for dinner. We had a large party of 12 and our server was a bit ruffled but did well. The food was absolutely fantastic. We ordered almost one of every pizza and each one was delicious and cooked to perfection. The AC was out at that time so it was quite warm inside. Other than that, great place to eat. Love the atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Mackenzie River Pizza and come back!
