We had fantastic stay at the Kimpton. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Andrew the Concierge was so helpful and provided us with ideas on where to go.
Comp wine between 5-6pm in the lobby helped to kick start the evening out. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Boston.

Best Customer Service Ever. I prefer Kimpton Hotels by far over any other chain, and Boston Nine Zero was no exception. They are wonderful! Great hotel - very nicely appointed; a good location; fairly priced, and the best customer service ever.

Modern boutique feel. Large rooms. Wine in the lobby at happy hour. Friendly staff. Kimpton members get a credit for the mini bar. Upstairs is a popular bar/lounge. Also in a great location. What's not to like?

Room was on the small side but was a great price. They also offer bigger rooms but I had a roll away bed inside so it felt small. Location is good. Restaurants in the area. Across from a park. But the most important thing is they are DOG FREINDLY!!!

Second time visiting this hotel. Location is great, Front Desk staff is awesome and helpful. The room I got on my visit was spacious and settling. The only gripe I had was that I had to call the Front Desk for a bar of soap. Also, there was leftover plastic tape on the carpet, that I was able to get rid of by pulling it out in 1 shot. Other than that, great place to stay when visiting Boston.
