I have been twice; the first time I had a new stylist who is no longer there, but I thought she did a great job. Yesterday, I went for a color consult and cut with Amanda. Amanda was very honest with me about the colors that I liked and how she thought they would look on me. She also was very clear about the level of maintenance that was necessary for certain colors and ultimately helped me narrow down to something right for me. She did a great job on my cut as well, giving me exactly what I explained to her that I wanted. I will definitely be making this my regular spot!

I ADORE JOI Salon!!
Erica is fantastic! She is not only extremely talented and creative when it comes to color/foils/cuts, she is so down to earth as well! The atmosphere of JOI is warm and inviting..never ever any attitude. I highly recommend this salon for all they have to offer!

Joi salon was just what I needed on my day off. I made a spontaneous day-of appointment with them for the first time because I was on a study date next door at Starbucks and DESPERATELY needed hand lotion... my hands were so dry that it drove me to knock at their door asking to buy lotion. They gave me some for free and I was drawn in by their fun environment. I booked an appointment with Brianna. She knew how to take what I, the untrained customer, said I wanted and combine it with what she knew I meant (more importantly, she didn't impose any of her own personal taste/look, which was good but definitely different from what I wanted). She took the time to educate me on the current status of my hair (correctly determining what kind of shampoo, washing regimen, and habits I currently abide by) and how to move forward with new habits and styling. I LOVE the end result, my husband loves the end result, and I plan to go there in the future for my cutting and styling needs. They also have massage, facials, nails, and spray tanning, none of which I have tried as today was my first day.

I wish I could review my different services separately at Joi Salon as I had the most amazing facial and not so amazing massage. I still give five stars because the facial was that good!
Everyone here is super nice and excited to make your spa experience relaxing and enjoyable. I had my massage first and she was nice enough to ask me why I came in and any special areas I wanted her to work on. I told her my tight shoulders. The massage began and considering it was an hour I was hoping some real deep work. Instead it hurt and not in a good way :( She didn't really focus on my shoulders and instead on strange places. Maybe I have just been spoiled by some really good massages but It just felt like she was rubbing tons of lotion on me instead of really working on me :( If anything I felt more tight in my shoulders afterward. Good for a light rub if you are into that. She did cover all areas So skip the massage as the other services here are wonderful!!!!
Then I moved onto the nicest esthetician ever. Go to Jill for a facial. She spoke with me for awhile about my skin and my current regimen made great suggestions about my current products and how I could even save money. I loved that she didn't push products. She did a great extraction and really spent the whole time working hard on me. At the end, she reviewed the facial and did some last recommendations. I will definitely be back to her!!! She is so knowledgable and makes it a true spa experience. Definitely worth the money.
