The staff there is amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful on all fronts. The rooms are very small though. Half the rooms have a hallway which gives you a much more open feel compared to the half without which feel more cramped. The lack of breakfast hurts a bit too because I didn't really like the options around. Still though the service was incredible and made up for a lot of shortcomings. I've stayed at this hotel for the best two years during the Head of the Charles.

Location is great, front desk service was friendly, room was comfortable. Shower was unfortunately cold, even set to maximum temperature - otherwise the place was fine.

Meh. Clean comfortable room, and less expensive than the Charles hotel, but that's about it. Small rooms with rare amenities, old carpet and paint, slow elevator, etc.

Overall just ok. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Shower had bad pressure and didnt drain well. Stayed here based on proximity and price that fit my work budget. Would stay here again in a pinch.
