Serving staff not friendly at all. Dark and dirty, lame decoration and tasteless food. My friend got part of her chicken salad from a previous cooked one. Not recommended.

Ozone is a decent airport restaurant that is aesthetically meant to look like an old-school diner.
It's not the most ideal ambience as the restaurant is located immediately next to one of terminal B's security gates, but honestly wasn't too noisy or unpleasant during my visit.
The bartender/waiter was not friendly but was efficient and polite.
The food (I had the cheddar and bacon omelette) was actually as good as most real diners and I really had no complaints. It could have done with more bacon in it, but I enjoyed the avocado crema on top.

This place is "by Todd English" in the "Air Jordans" sense, not the "Todd is cooking tonight" sense. The decor is faded millennial futurism. The proximity to security means it's less "quiet oasis" and more "listen to security people yelling." But my server was kind and efficient and the food—vegetable gyro and fries—was filling and well-prepared.

Food not bad or overpriced for airport, BUT if it wasn't for the nice, pleaser and service oriented Asian waitress, we would have gone for coffee. The little angry cabbage patch "bartender" with the attitude, poor communication skills and offputting social skills WILL make sure you never returned here again. We believe his name is Jose.
Ps: he is even mean to his coworker. I hope he is an owner, because only a clown will hire this very unpleasant individual.

I wish I didn't have to give them any stars unfortunately I ccouldn't post without selecting atleast 1
Apparently purchasing from their "" grab n go section" does not make you a "paying customer".
I purchased from this section and when I attempted to site down at a table I was followed by the cashier to the seating area near the back and was told that unless I planed to order I as not allowed to sit in the cafe. The area was for paying customers only! Keep in mind I am a rather large 6mo pregnant with luggage and there was a total of 5 people in the cafe which could seat about 50+. And those 5ppl included myself, the lovely cashier lady, an additional male employee who from the wait up was laying on the dinning counter and 2 other customers
What has happened to society??? So sad how rude people have become. The way in which we treat one another is extremely sad!!!
Not sure if there is more than 1 of these locations in Logan Airport but to b accurate if so, this would be in reference to the location near the American Airlines terminal
