I got a cosmetic procedure done in 2007 by Dr. Mckim. The time has now come to look at making some changes and having another procedure done. I called the office to get some information on my procedure so I could decide to make another appointment with Dr. Mckim or know exactly what was done and look at other doctors. I received a call back from one of his office staff today saying simply that she could not help me because their files don't go back that far. I was in shock hearing her say that she could not help me. That made my decision pretty quickly to go elsewhere for my next procedure. The doctor does great work but with customer service like that i would never think of returning.

Didn't get what I was promised and received no reimbursement.

Dr. Mckim and his staff are good salespeople but do not follow through on their promises and treat you very poorly when they are no longer making money off of you. They are very rude and arrogant.
