I was a new client got a gift certificate, tried to use it, they told it was 2 weeks past the expiration date and I had to pay to get it active again ( it was only 3 months from when it was bought) not very good customer service.

I love Glo and Jenny! She does such a good job on my lashes, but the time she spends with each of her clients never makes you feel rushed, and always has you leaving feeling relaxed! It's the only " me time" I get and she helps make the most of it!!

Jenny is the Best! She is the so educated on every product that she has in her salon, and takes the time to explain everything to you. She has been doing my lashes for over four years now and they still look amazing and my natural lashes have not taken any toll from the extension. On top of being the best lash artist, she also have array of services that she provides that are amazing as well! If you are looking for a clean, professional and knowledgeable salon, this is your place! I always look forward to going to Glo!
