I'm no Pho expert, but I was blown away by the flavor of the Pho in this place. Mom and pop place. I've been to a few other Pho places since and nothing compares. Give it a try! Come for the authentic food - the place itself is very simple (no frills).

I came here with my partner for the first time last week. It was rocky at first, we came in and nobody greeted us, we didn’t know whether to seat ourselves or wait or where the menus were... so we found ourselves a booth and snatched some menus we eventually spotted a few tables over. Eventually, not too long, a woman came, gave us water, took our order, and didn’t say much else. We ordered the pork egg rolls, the chicken pho, and the vegetarian pho. When she returned, she made jokes with us and seemed to be in a great mood socializing with other patrons and telling them where she ordered her tea. The food was excellent. Everything was fresh tasting and the broth was one of the best in Boise. Definitely get the egg rolls and put on wheel of fortune. We shall be back!

They were out of bean sprouts which was a bummer cause those are my favorite BUT the beef pho was amazing. Broth had great flavor and they don't skimp on the meat. Great service and food. We will go back for sure.

We have been Coming here for a couple years now. Nicest couple runs this place and when she can Anne likes to visit with the customers and is really nice. Oh ya the Pho is delicious!
If the place is full expect a few minutes wait but it's worth it.

It's not just the delicious Pho and low prices that make this place so great to enjoy. It's the casual atmosphere created by the owners Anne and her husband Thomas. They are the nicest couple that moved here from Vietnam and have lived in Boise for over 30 years. It's no wonder they have their own following of regulars that speak so highly of them. It's likely that Anne will be your server, as she does almost all of the day to day operations herself, and she works so hard and cares so much about all of her customers. It's fun to see her connect with her customers at the register, and it feels good to support this honest and caring Boise family.
