I really want to review this place well because the staff is always nice & the atmosphere is great. However, my meals there are always just "OK." I tried again over the weekend with brunch with family. The Northwest scramble sounded good on the menu but upon delivery, it lacked flavor & was really greasy. There are a lot of great restaurants near Fork & I find myself going to them a lot more frequently that this restaurant. And it's too bad because I think Fork is just a few menu adjustments away from being one of the best dining options in Boise.

Excellent food and selection of local craft beers. My wife had the best trout ever here, crispy skin, tender and clean taste. We sat outside on a hot summer evening, enjoying the downtown bustle and people watching.

We had a fantastic meal at Fork tonight. Staying in Boise while road tripping through Idaho, we pulled into town pretty late but were lucky enough to be seated by the kind hostess. The service was great from the very beginning. Our waitress Leslie was attentive and friendly. We ordered the Boise chopped salad with smoked salmon to share as an appetizer which was absolutely delicious- we pretty much licked the plate clean. I had the artichoke ravioli which were very good and my date had the trout which he enjoyed as well. After the salad, the fries were our favorite part of the meal. My only complaint would be the noise level. Overall we feel so lucky to have ended up at such a great restaurant.

Visiting from out of town and so glad we did. Amazing food, cocktails and service. Quality and unique dishes. The Asparagus 'Fries' are to die for and the B.C.S. is perfection. Mike was an awesome server! Thank you Fork for the fun and creative dining experience ◇

Best service the other night. Our server was extremely attentive, answered every question we had. Made time to make sure food allergies were addressed and made aware of in the kitchen area.
Our Mediterranean salad...delicious!! Oh and our short ribs were perfectly cooked, so tender and flavorful.
The quality of great food and great service.....unforgettable!!
