I have dealt with this office for nearly 24 hours now in both the consultation, preoperative, and preauthorization/billing arenas and their practice and they have been AWEsome. From the beginning, my sons appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The wait in their waiting area was brief. They were aggressive in their assessment, thorough in their explanation, and very sensitive to the long term effects that any intervention (and variety of options with those interventions) might have on his future.
I wished to get our finances in order, since we certainly did not PLAN for this injury, and contacted the billing deptartment. She was went above her duty to explain the role of each person and what steps to take until my questions were answered to MY satisfaction.
THEY ARE AN AWESOME TEAM!!!!!!!
Their only downfall-What is with working on NEW YEARS!!!! :D
