Tried to support this business but you shouldn't have to pick a day to go in cause the pharmacist has an attitude Reginald is so unprofessional I recommend you find another pharmacy.

They refused to fill my prescription . Not because they didn't have the medicine in stock and not because they didn't take my insurance. Only reason is because I had not filled there before. Not just that the guy ask me for my information not by saying how can I help you ma'am, he raised is eyebrows and put his hand out ... if you can't communicate verbally to a customer you should quit and go home.The only reason I went there is because it's close to my home I try to support small business. This is why large companies are running mom and pop business out of business. I will go out of my way to my usual pharmacy Sams Club on lakeshore where they never refuse me if they don't have it they order it and they always communicate verbally....I truly feel discriminated against!

I have been going to Moores since they have open never had an issue. Always dealt with Mrs. Felicia. Went in on her day off meet Reginald so rude unprofessional made me change pharmacy that day will never go back. If he is there I advised you turn around worst service ever.

I love the hometown feel of this pharmacy. The staff knows me by name and they always provide me with excellent service. Reginald and his staff are always asking about my grandmother and providing sound advice in reference to her medicinal care.
