I took my daughter to get a partial made he said be ready in a week. Which I had seen all the molds of peoples mouth that were already waiting about fifty pair. He wasn't worried about there's I knew there was gonna be a problem. It was nasty roaches crawling rude staff. She still doesn't have her teeth.he gets your money and he doesn't care. Needs to be turned in to health department. Don't go there I'm telling you.

I came here 2 times and it was OK I had no problems the staff was nice and great but the last time I came here it was horrible the staff was rude and disrespectful when I told dentist ford that I was hurting when he was pulling my tooth he said it it pain or pressure I said pain and he pulled it anyway it hurt so bad my mouth was swelled and hurt for a week after he doen this beware when you come here you never know whats going to happen that's bad

This denistry is HORRIBLE, the service is SLOW my friend recently visited this dentist office and he had to wait MONTHS for his dentures to come back. And EVERYTIME he called they gave him the run around and blamed it on everyone but themselves. Dr. Ford didn't even come out to talk to my friend, I guess once he was paid for his service he's done dealing with the patient. The customer service here sucks they have no people skills and are very unprofessional!! Would not recommend this dentist office to ANYONE I know. Reporting to the BBB next!
