Locally owned and operated by Rawlston Phillips, as with any of the businesses owned and overseen by Mr. Phillips, excellence! The crawfish are seasoned well, not overbearing with heat or salt, with a subtle twist to the norm of what you expect boiled crawfish to taste like. Deliscious! Very clean and staffed with friendly, courteous and helpful employees, as I have come to find with all Mr. Phillips businesses. Highly recommend!

This place has the best boiled crawfish ever. Not only is the place clean, but the crawfish is of premium quality. I went there at closing, and the young lady threw in some free sausage. There were no dead crawfish or reboiled crawfish. They were seasoned with perfection. Im so impressed. We eat boiled crawfish a lot, and this place has any place in the Plaquemine/Port Allen area. Awesome!
