While the food was good, it was clean inside, the hospitality needs improvement. Person working the register came into the dining room to eat and said that the table I was about to use to sit down and eat was his.
I thought employees were to utilize a break area in which to dine.
Also, the entrance could be better marked so that someone not from the area would not pass it up and have to turn around on a divided highway to return to the restaurant.
Also, the pieces were small.

Went to Kentucky Fried CHICKEN and there was NO CHICKEN!!!
They told me they had no chicken in the store. That to me is unbelievable!!

They have been closed since the flood in August. They just reopened and I guess they weren't prepared to take orders. No chicken was ready! Everything was a 10-16 minute wait! Really?!? No wonder the parking lot was empty.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in fast food. And I work in fast food! Need to teach employees some respect for customers!
