I don't expect people to bend over backwards with politeness however the hostess was rude and needs to find a different job. The rest of the staff was wonderful especially Ariansa.
Place was very clean, dishes was picked up promptly.
Pablo omelet was not spicy as advertised but was very delicious.

Pretty close to the worst ihop i have ever been to. The wait was 15 minutes. After about 30 and numerous people behind us being called we were let in. No waitress for about another 10- 15 minutes and once we got our food we were completely ignored. We weren't even given silverware and upon asking someone finally brought us plastic to go forks. When asking then for napkins we were told they didn't have any.

Service is the worst and they have a lady with the nasty attitude she ever have.
Not treating customer the right way,Not thinking the she have the job because of us as a customer.. they better fired her and let her get another job.. but she’s not good..

A took us over 30 min to pay for our food..

Decided to come here for brunch, first noticed hostess had attitude with our small requests for booster seat and preference to sit in booth. When seated, sat for 15 mins without being contacted, didn't know who our server was, and didn't at least get utensils. I'm totally understanding when it's busy, but at least acknowledge your tables if there's going to be a wait. Don't just have us sitting here twirling our thumbs. Only reason I didn't give one star is because this is the first time this has happened here.

It was busy and they still maintained great service. Our order was taken fast and our food was served very fast and perfectly cooked. Briana our server had a great attitude and didn't show frustration with how busy she was. I would recommend this iHop over any of their other locations.
