Free, open to the public, and great views. Nice place for a warm day just to hangout, walk around inner harbor, and enjoy a day outside with family or friends. I also noticed plenty of police patrolling the area.

It was a lot of fun and is open 24hours a day during the summer. You or your kids can stand on the splash pad and cool off on some of the really hot dog days of summer.
