Very happy with all aspects of the slacks made. Fabric, fit, quality and overall looks are perfect. Will keep going back for all my fashion needs. This is my third tailor and it appears to be my last. This is the kind of stuff long lasting business relationships are made of. Kudos to The Shirtery.

I have been dealing with the shirtery for twelve years with no problems.Are the shirts expensive?maybe but my shirts from twelve years ago look like they were made yesterday and I know that nobody else has a shirt like mine because it is custom made.if you invest a few hundred dollars in a few good shirts that will last 20 years were they really that expensive in the long run?Again maybe custom made clothes aren't for everyone but they are a good value if you are in a business where image is important.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE SHIRTERY!! You will REGRET IT!! Ordered 4 shirts at a pricey $165 per copy. After 6 weeks waiting for delivery, the shirt collars as delivered were NOT what I ordered. Shirtery admitted that they made an error with inputting my order to the factory. After another 3 weeks of weak excuses (really a lot of Salesman's bull), the Shirtery was not able to provide my shirts or even respond as to when they would deliver. This is the WORST Customer Service experience that I have EVER encountered. The Shirtery is NOTHING MORE THAN A LONE SALESMAN marking up shirts to $165 that he has manufactured for a fraction of that price. You gotta be CRAZY to pay $165 per shirt to be treated like garbage by this guy. THE SHIRTERY IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
