We loved our lunch here. The Bistro Burger was juicy and amazing. The Mac and cheese was delicious. And we the water feature is beautiful!

The food is absolutely great! Five stars even!
However the staff always seem annoyed at you, come around irregularly, and just generally do not provide food service.
Additionally, the food comes slowly, servers come irregularly and don't come right back, and seating (with tables available) takes considerable time.
Visited April 2016.

Drinks were good and reasonably priced. Abt 10 bucks. Bartender was Great! Place was clean. Oh and they gave trail mix w drink orders, it was good also. On 3rd floor inside Hyatt.

We ordered the BLT and burger (both w/ fries). They said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We picked it up in 20, and it was boxed/bagged. We knew it would be cold. It was ICE cold. Then, not even an hour later, we both became VERY sick. We were sick for 24 hours. It's over priced, cold, and makes you sick. Beware!
