Staff was professional and caring pre-surgery and after... Dr John shore works magic with his Bleph surgery... Me , my middle sister and my little sister recommend him...beautiful results and so natural ...no one could tell why I looked so good when I went back to work... They are still staring.

Dr Bratton and the staff at TOC are very accessible which I really appreciated in the days following my procedure. I live about 5 hours away and needed information a couple of times. The anesthesiologist, nurses and office staff were outstanding and the results of my procedure were great!

My surgery went efficiently quick. The staff was super friendly.
Dr. Shore patiently got me in the day after my surgery, when I was concerned with the healing, and smiled as he told me I was normal. I gratefully give the whole experience a thumbs up!

Dr. Nakra is wonderful! He is accessible, caring, and very skilled. I am so pleased with my results. And I have nothing but good words to say about the staff. A very positive experience.

Update: I updated my rating from one star to three stars because someone called to apologize for my poor experience and let me know that they are training the office staff to better communicate pricing. However, I still was not provided with pricing. As a self-pay customer, it's important to have an idea of costs before booking an appointment. It seems like a simple if/then scenario: If this procedure, then $XXX. If that procedure, $XXX. If a combination of procedures, then $XXX.
Original: Just called into this office to schedule a stye removal and informed them that I prefer to self-pay because my insurance wouldn't be of any help. When I asked what the cost would be, the first receptionist was unable to provide any information beyond the $130 office visit fee. I was passed onto a supervisor after a 5-minute hold and was informed that each doctor has their own rates and that they need to see my eye before providing a cost. I asked them if they had a fee schedule for each of the doctors. They don't. I asked them how they figure out how to charge patients for standard procedures like a style removal if they don't know what their doctors charge. She wasn't able to provided a clear answer. I asked for a ball-park figure. She said $100-$500. I asked what would cause such a variance for a standard procedure like this. She responded with, "Let's just call it $500." Overall, just a poor way to run a business let alone a doctors office. People without great insurance need options too, and they need to have some idea of costs before committing to your services.
