Went for my first chemical peel. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Wine and champagne were both offered as well as water before going in for the treatment. The staff recommended treatments based on weekend plans and skin types. I look forward to going back!

I had my very first facial experience last weekend at Face to Face Spa downtown. Abby and the esthetician Nicole took really good care of me and made it a very positive experience. Abby scheduled my appt and gave me information on the selections they offered and what to consider given my concerns.
When I got there, I was greeted immediately by Abby and was offered water and then met with Nicole shortly after to do the premium facial with microdermabrasion. The microdermasion definitely has an acquired feel to it and left some temporary scarring afterward, but the aftermath was great, my skin felt complete.
One thing to note is that my face dried out significantly more than it did before the facial a few days later. I didn't know if this was normal so I called and spoke to Alek and she sent a message to another esthetician to give me a call. Unfortunately, I never received a call back, but I started peeling the dried skin off and apparently, that was all my face needed in order to remove the scarring and to become normal.
Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to visiting again!

This was a great experience. I purchased the premium facial and it was great. The Esthetician did a great job making sure I was comfortable and that I understood what was going on during the entire process. This is my second facial treatment at Face To Face and I will continue to go back. My face was slightly red for a day or two after the treatment, but now it is beautiful and smooth. As a guy that just had his second facial, this still makes me laugh as I type out how much I enjoyed the treatments. Personal care performed by a skilled, genuinely kind professional, At this price point, and the results I have seen after the last two treatments. I will be back. Not sure if I am ready for the membership, but I do plan regular visits.
