Well I'm not from around here I've been here for work a company so when I needed grocieries it was easy to get in and out the people and the workers are friendly and when it looked busy and I had a few items a person that works at heb took me to a cashier that was not busy so I greatly appreciated also it looks pretty

I've been going to this HEB now for about 4 years. Within the last 10 months, I've been either unable to park or consistently have panic attacks due to over crowding. This HEB is TINY, and they don't realize that they're responsible for serving a large portion of Austin's East Central, including the Manor/Loyola neighborhoods and Craigwood. Most days the lines go well into the isles themselves and take about 20-30 minutes to get through.

Quick in and out. Not nearly as busy/chaotic as my last visit to this location. (Granted it was the weekend before Harvey blew in & turned a lot of people's world upside down)..........

The staff and managers have been very helpful to me.I need only one brand and type of cat food about 50 pieces every 2 weeks and as of today they have made it happen for me .Thanks to the Manager Chad and the others my Shaggy will have what she likes definitely.
