Another one checked off the "bucket list" today when I experienced my first Flöt. It will most definitely not be my last! The experience was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate after a very stressful week and Ryan was great; answering my questions before I had to ask them and alleviating any initial jitters. Can't wait until next time!

Had a terrible day but the massage and hospitality of this place made up for it. Also love the clean and relaxing atmosphere here. Can't wait to come back for the float!

Ryan was fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. The massage was focused and intense, exactly what I asked for. Afterward, I did the flot, and it was incredibly relaxing, strange and wonderful. I will definitely visit Flot again. The products they use are wonderful, too. If you haven't tried this, you owe it to yourself! So much fun, and so unique.

What an amazing experience today. Ryan is quite the gift and a perfect match for this holistic approach to mind, body and spirit rejuvenation. 2nd time floating and I must say if you have never experienced this its a must try. Go in 15 minutes early for some tea and decompression time, then take a deep breath and take a flight into serenity. Love the energy of the spa, the attention of the staff and the modern decor thats well thought out. 5 stars indeed.

My husband and I went to flot almost a year ago. We did a flot and massage. It was a different experience floating in a pod full of dense salt water but a very relaxing one. The only thing we thought was the amount of time you had to float was a little to long. We found about 45 minutes would have been perfect. We are looking to go back soon.
