Found a coupon for this place so we thought we'd try it out. The food is pretty much made to order the chef is very accommodating clean nice atmosphere nice place to go for lunch

Decent small business that offers a niche food with acceptable pricing.

7 Hens has some great schnitzel, and is one of the better sandwich places around (in an area that is lacking diversity in sandwich shops).
Michael (the owner) is very nice, and introduced himself to my girlfriend and I, and our dog while were sitting outside.
4 Stars instead of 5 entirely because of the woman working at the register. I don't think she has worked in a customer facing role before, she is rude and doesn't have the baseline amount of manners to be a cashier / in the service industry. The cooks are polite and seem to really enjoy what they are doing too, it is just this woman who needs a serious attitude adjustment.

This is a pretty good spot if you like breaded fried chicken slices (?). I've tried a few of the sandwiches and they all tasted great. I like the Mexican one for the spice. They fry the chicken by the order (from what I've seen) so it is pretty fresh and crispy.
My only gripe is that I usually need an extra chicken piece to get full on and the fries serving is kind of small; that makes it more expensive than I'd like.
Also, the chicken is hala..

This will be my first review for a restaurant here. Having recently moved to the Atlanta area, I have been sweeping about for good and reliable places to eat. I was excited to read the menu for Seven Hens, and having time recently, I decided to explore. The presentation of concept, implications of care and quality, and novelty value stood out to me. Unfortunately, I feel compelled to give the experience three stars- though I should note that I would have given it two-and-a-half if I could- because while the food itself was interesting and appealing, I found myself deeply disappointed at how the significant lack of cleanliness and care of the establishment interfered with the overall experience. I feel that cleanliness and the attentive posture it implies is integral to quality. I also found that while the staff was friendly once engaged, they also seemed rather too laid back, and lost in their own world. I think what makes all of this so unfortunate is that if these issues were stabilized to an improved consistency, this could be, perhaps, one of the best places to go for convenient food quality in the area. Perhaps it was an off day or period, but as it stands now, the quality of the food concept and execution is overshadowed.
