Ordered here via Bulldawg Food today. I ordered 3lb of ribs. All accommodations were correct and the food was TERRIFIC! This was a wonderful change from Chili's who messes up my order 9/10 times. Great job staff and management at FATZ! Keep up the great work guys! ! This place has become my new go-to!

Great food, and great server we were lucky to speak with such a wonderful manager and get his passion for what he does. I highly recommend this place for a good time with friends. Try the ribs they are amazing.

Today me family and I decided to have fatz for lunch. Terrible, Terrible, MISTAKE!! OUR WAIT WAS FOREVER after we were seated and our food was so wrong. THE guy that sat us down was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and he never even notified the waitress that we were sitting for her. I asked for a well done steak and both times they brought it back to me it was BLEEDING....dripping BLOOD!! I ended up leaving without ANY FOOD!!!!! THE ONLY THING that put a smile on my face was our waitress MISTY. She really tried her best to take care of us and she was GENUINELY NICE AND CARING. she did her best to make it right and WE GIVE HER BIG THANKS. Because of MISTY, we will give FATZ another try. I hope fatz find more workers like her.

We used to really enjoy going to Fatz but it has declined drastically. The past few times we went the food was nothing like it used to be. Before everything tasted great and you received pretty good sized portions. The last few times the food has been very plain tasting and the service wasn't so great either. The steak I ordered tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. The firecracker sticks portions (that still cost the same) were cut in half almost and barely brought anything inside them! We also received cold hard rolls twice in a row. I talked to the manager and asked if they hired a different cook or something and he said no. We decided to give it another try since that was the first bad experience, it still want any better...kinda bummed it has gone so far down hill.
