This location is amazing! I am always greeated with ana amazing attitude by any member of the staff! They always have pizza on the buffet line and everything is always hot. If I order a personal pizza it always comes out quickly and tastes great. Best cicis location! I live in fort worth about 5 minutes from one cicis but would happily drive 15 minutes to eat at this cicis location instead! Keep up the good work!

First time trying Cicis and it was a positive experience! The pizza was good, service was outstanding and price was affordably nice. I was surprised that you can even request your own personal little pizza at the buffet to be brought to your table! It was all under $30 for three people, not bad at all. The only negative thing I could say was I wish there was a bigger space inside since it was packed with people (though I know why, it's great food with good prices!) but that's the only thing I'd wish to be improved. Nonetheless, the quality and service was great!

This is a poorly cared for resturaunt. The soda fountain hasn't been cleaned very well. You can taste the mold in your drink. All it takes is removing the nozels and soaking them in bleach. The food was cooked well. Once I sat down, there were FLIES everywhere. Something isn't being cleaned properly and an inspector should go check it out. Someone is really dropping the ball. Please someone take care of this. I don't recommend this place unless you can deal with tasting mold in your drinks and fanning the flies away fast enough not to eat them.... Flies carry a lot of germs.....

It's really a hit and miss here. It's a smaller location so they don't have a lot of pizza options. The good thing is you can order a fresh pizza. I do enjoy the salad bar. Parking is horrible in the front but have more room in back. With construction in the area right now it could feel a little crowded.

N. Collins St location is the best! Food was surprisingly pretty good! The staff very friendly & helpful. Price was very reasonable. I would recommend this place to friends.
