At first, maybe for the first 5 visits he was nice and pretend to listen to the problems I was having... But that's when I was paying $200 cash every visit for a year. Plus paying for the drug tests every damn visit. Which I tried to explain to him was a waste of everyone's time and my money. After that it was like herding cattle. You are nothing but a number and a payday to them.. when my wife got health insurance, they said they accepted that insurance coverage. Then after me still asking every single visit if I owed anything or if i had to pay the $40 co-pay like any other Dr's office. They told me no, and I wasn't charged anything for 8 months. Then my wife had to have surgery and lost her job. The same month she lost her job I called them and said I wasn't going to be able to see Dr dole because when she lost her job, she lost her health coverage. So they said that was no problem, and we parted ways... So I thought.. 2 months later I receive a 6 freaking page bill for $3,000..... So I call them to try and straighten this out. I get basically cursed out and told I should have been paying more attention to what I owed them. (FYI they will not see you again until you pay what you owe them, if you owe anything) And nobody was going to believe me over them... So, yeah...... Stay far away from this place as possible. Unless your willing to pay $250 cash and want to see what cows feel like when they are loaded on to a trailer...

I have been seeing Dr Dole for going on yen years now. My job switched insurances. I called to make sure that his office was going to take my new insurance. They said yes, that they would take the new insurance. Well, come to find out I know some others that see him with the same new health insurance that has received a letter in the mail saying that he isn't taking the insurance. That we would either have to pay cash or find another doctor. I hope that he is going to be a good doctor that is going to refer all of the people that his office assured us that they would accept the new insurance a new doctor that will take the insurance. I hate it when someone lies to you telling you that everything is going to bebok don't worry about anything and then just to not keep their promise to not offer you their services any longer. That to me isn't a very good thing to do to people that have been your patients for over ten years now. I can see not accepting new patients. But if you have been there this long don't tuck tail and bail out on people that need your services. This is unprofessional. I hope above all hopes that he will continue to see then ones that he has seen for so long. I hate switching doctors. After you have seen a doctor for this many years, I don't want to start over with a new doctor and having to go through very little and big test that I have done in the past. There should have been more of a warning or they shouldn't have lied to me when I called to make sure they were going to take my new insurance. This is very very unprofessional!!!!!
