Plates were messy, online menu has not been updated so the staff was frustrated with us because we didn't know what we wanted and had to look at the menu ( despite the restaurant being empty). They also didn't bother to explain where the soda machine or napkins were. Half the tables were dirty and not cleared until more people started coming in to order.

If I could give negative review I would! The lady at the register was rude and so was the waitress! My sister from WA state ordered a cheeseburger and she let the waitress know that she ordered it. And she told my sister that she knew! So rude this used to be a good place to eat it is now horrid. I would never eat here again!

Prices went up, haven't gotten food yet, but the service which was horrible before is now nonexistent. Only in a public run "business"...

The atmosphere and service are excellent, however I am supper disappointed in the changes to the food. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Albuquerque. The tuna melt was the best in town and they had healthy kids options for a fantastic price. The price went up and the food quality and choices went down. Such a bummer!
