Chili is so damn good. The service is always fast and easy! The food is always consistent and fantastic. I love it.

The first time I came here was great. Cooked perfectly and timely service. Second time was busier and the service suffered a lot. Also, the burger was well done as hell when I asked for medium.

We waited at the door, were told to pick a table or the bar. Because of the wait at the door we opted for bar, which is sometimes quicker. Then we realized like half the restaurant was empty... why the wait? The owner told us someone would be over. We heard the waitresses bicker over whose turn it was. No one said hi or gave us water. 15 minutes later we had to grab the owner's attention to ask for beers. He looked annoyed and told a waitress. Another five minutes for beer. They said the beers were on them for the wait. We were charged. Over an hour for food and two hours later we left after not finishing a grossly undercooked burger and burnt green beans and a joke for a tuna burger. It was not worth the wait, food is subpar, the service was horrible, and I know I shouldn't fault them for their customers but the 'regulars' next to us were loud and obnoxious and served twice as fast. Its a hard PASS. An unacceptable and unpleasant night.

Ordered a to go order burger, which supposedly would be ready in 20 minutes. Went over and according to the waitress it would be up in a minute. As I sat there, the guy next to me ordered a burger...25 minutes later I was still waiting when his burger came out, a couple minutes later I received mine. Wow, would have been nice if they would have at least put a rush on my burger that they forgot to put in, and been a bit more honest with me about timing. Second time I ran in for a quick takeout burger, and both times I had a bad experience, the first time it was ready to quick and so it got cooked under their heat lamps, the second time this. Won't be going back since the burgers aren't that good, and the takeout is a disaster...even if they are just down the street

We were passing through town and I was craving a burger so we stopped here. It was around 1p on a Thursday and we had the place essentially to ourselves - only two other tables were full during our time there.
Hubby got the Cajun Burger and Regular Fries which I think was the best decision. His burger patty was rolled in Cajun seasoning and then covered with bleu cheese crumbles and sauce. The seasoning was awesome - super flavorful and not spicy. He gobbled it down in no time.
I got a burger with bacon and an over easy egg. It was nice, because bacon. But hubby's burger definitely had more flavor and I would absolutely get that for myself on a future visit.
I also upgraded to the Parmesan fries because the waitress recommended them. But I found them to be disappointing. I would actually just stick with regular fries next time.
The service was fast and very friendly.
