I tried aerial yoga there for the first time and I really enjoyed it - the instructor was very knowledgeable and it was fun. Also went to the yoga sculpt class - strong and sweaty. Overall a no frills yoga studio with good instructors.

I moved up to Albany for Grad School and got into the habit of neglecting myself and my work out routine. I found Good Karma Studio online and decided to take a step out of my comfort zone and take an aerial class and I fell in love! Jess and everyone at the studio make it such a warm and welcoming environment where you learn to care for yourself and focus on your practice. Take an hour out of your week and give it a try, you won't regret it.

I LOVE Good Karma's variety of classes offered - traditional yoga, warm yoga, aerial yoga, cardio barre and one of my new favorites - working out on a trampoline.
The owner sincerely cares about her clients and does everything possible to ensure they get a great workout.
Good Karma rocks!

Good Karma is probably one of my most favorite places to be when I have free time! It's the only place I like to practice aerial yoga! Jess and the other instructors are so sweet and are always so helpful! I highly recommend Good Karma to any yogi. It's a great place to begin your journey into the yoga world.

Aerial yoga makes me feel like a kid again. The classes are fun and you get a great workout. Not to mention, Jessica who is the owner and one of the instructors is so knowledgeable and her classes are really creative, especially the Cirque Du Soleil classes. Love, love, LOVE this studio!!!!
