Was absolutely disgusted with the male Lab tech working in this office park today, October 26th, 2010. This person was so EXTREMELY rude, belittling and outright miserable. While waiting, 3 other people commented that this person is and always has had, a terrible attitude. It is sad that this office knows how condescending this person is and continues to employ them. There are thousands of people out there who can draw blood and administer lab tests who are more suitable for such an environment. Considering the fact that this horrible person works in health care, it is no wonder why people hate going to the doctor. Furthermore, his bureaucratic demeanor just perpetuates the negative stigma attached to going to visit the doctor. As someone who is interested in starting with a new GP, this experience was so horrendous that I would never even consider this practice. Given the fact that this person still has a job with your organization, I realize this tech has never done anything that would present grounds for termination. However, how many complaints regarding his terrible attitude will it take, before you fire that miserable loser and hire someone who actually likes their job and the people they serve? T E R R I B L E!!!
