I love Dr.Figge! He has helped me more than any other endocrinologist in the area! He is very knowledgeable about autoimmune diseases and knows exactly what to do when referring you to another M.D. if necessary! He is also very understanding about how you feel if you are not up to making your appt. He is very through when he examines you and does not rush you,answering all my questions. He addresses all my concerns with compassion and understanding.I am reviewing him,not his staff.

Absolutely horrible and negligent of care. Admin staff is rude,unprofessional and hostile. Not the place to go when you have a life threatening illness and continuity of care is important. Zero stars.

Dr Figge seems to be a nice guy and easy to get along with, but, he has the worst office staff i have ever experienced. Elenora should be fired, she is difficult to get along with and always wants to argue. I had blood drawn and was told by the Dr to call in 2 days and if the blood test was ok they would send in a script for Trulicity. NO one ever answers the phone live and the office staff even brags about it, i left a msg twice and its been 2 weeks and so far no call back and no script sent in.
Maybe if the staff had a proper office mgr, the eating in front of patients and Elenora takes her meal time insulin so everyone cane see her would STOP. I will not go back to this place and suggest like the other person that left a review RUN, do not waste your time and insurance money on this place.
