There's no substitute for experience, and Harvey Winter DDS has it. Lucky I visited Albany Dental Care for a second opinion.
My other dentist said you MUST have an extraction and implant. Dr Winter saved the tooth thereby saving me from unnecessary surgery and expense. His staff- Super!
