Excellent food. Great value for money. Only one downside, if you have a minor they try to dictate where you have to sit.

The 3 of us nipped in for tea.
Apart from being very busy (expected to be ) we enjoyed a fantastic carvery. As usual great food and great staff. Excellent value for money.
Would recommend you try.

Great play area for kids, good food with plenty of choice and a nice carvery. Plenty of parking but it is a big pub and it is very popular. Offers a "cake away" service and the cakes look great.

I went to this establishment, expecting low quality food and horrifically low cleanliness as I had previously experienced at The Netherton, but yet, this pub/restaurant did nothing but surprise me and my family with who I went. The price to quality of the food ratio was exceptional! I had the Farm House Burger, which was made with good quality ingredients and left me unable to finish the meal given to me, and not in a bad way, you get a large amount of food for very little money so you feel full and happy knowing you have just payed £6.39 for a spectacular burger. At the end of this unbelievably good meal, I was greeted by a wonderful, vibrant and kind lady called Morgan who, to my astonishment, treated us with such kindness that I was left flabbergasted! I highly recommend this restaurant as it's good quality food, amazing pricing and excellent service are rare these days.
