Absolutely lovely B&B! Amazing personal approach of the owners, level up the the already well managed accommodation. Definitely planning to come back.

Stayed there in August 2016.
Hosts were really amazing. Cannot speak highly enough for their B&B and their incredible kindness.Hope to see you next birthday.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Gave us lots of information to help make our stay more enjoyable. Comfy room with lovely homemade biscuits. Breakfasts were delicious, especially the homemade wholemeal bread and raspberry jam :-)

Gregory's Guest House is a superb little Bed and Breakfast guest house, not too far from the centre of York; about a 15 minute walk. The B&B was comfort and clean with an excellent breakfast menu. The menu also caters for people with allergies or intolerances. The hosts, Martin and Beverly were extremely friendly, helpful and approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Wi-Fi requires you to register an account or use your Social Media account to use. The B&B is in a 4G area.
