We were not entirely new to Fusions we have used their Takeaway service in the past but even I was amazed by the quality of the food and service this Restaurant provided.
The Restaurant is modern, clean and well designed. The food.... (lets face it that is what we all want to know about) is the most beautiful Chinese cuisine you will find in the district.... maybe even the larger region! Everything was cooked to perfection, good sized portions and not bad on price.
The service is of a standard you would expect to find in a very good restaurant with the waitresses making sure you are happy food and service, it certainly surpassed a local restaurant I had the misfortune to visit recently.
The next question is would I return..... well that's going to be a huge YES!

So busy at 7.30 pm I had to wait 5 minutes before they took my takeaway order. One of the better Chinese redtaurants in Weston for quality and taste. The ingredients were very fresh, the meals delivered the look and taste of quality Chinese food. Only four stars though for the stereotypical and unimaginitive menu. With this quality of food 'Fusion' could be so much more.

Wonderful
We were in the area for the night and came here because of the reviews. My partner had beef curry and I had beancurd in Black Bean sauce. Both excellent. We eat out very regularly and this place stood out. Brilliant staff, really good fun and excellent service. Highly recommended.
