Hopeless. The phone line is instantly overloaded as soon as they open making it impossible to get an appointment, you can't even queue it just goes to the busy tone. I managed to get through this morning after 73 (literally) phone calls
The staff are nice enough when you do eventually get an appointment after wasting hours redialing them over and over and over again.

Terrible surgery to many patients not enough staff half of them diagnose you before you've opened your mouth prescribed meds are given out without due care missing notes wrong bloods taken wrong opointments made between surgery and hospital which for me as a unwell person only left me in more pain but when you try to find a new surgery there not in our catchment area even though there closer to me than this awful place. My advise stay clear I'm now stuck here unless I move

Crap, I can't call in to book an appointment for myself and my daughter until 10am because tje line is busy and then sit in a waiting room for ages with other patients staring at me for being a young mum. Receptionists are so judgemental and rude, don't even get the time of the day from them
