Experience - I've been here more times than I can count...the staff are amazing. But when it gets busy (like anywhere) you do have to try and grab the attention of the busy waiters/waiteress'.
Price - I think very good value for the food you get.
Quality - I go here for lunch or dinner on occasions the food is always excellent!

We had fried duck dumplings and should have chosen steamed. My wife had chicken ramen no 25 but found it had too much coriander and I had steak and noodles no 45 and enjoyed it. The flavours were great. The only other problem is that due to the decor having too many hard surfaces it is too noisy.

The food was fantastic, but there was a big catch. The food prices don't include the VAT. So me and my friends ended up paying a extra 20% for our food, a sum that we very nearly didn't have. I would recommend it, for the food is delicious and the atmosphere very nice. But I was so shocked when the bill came, that's why I'm knocking two starts off.

My little boy's favourite place, they have been great making him special dishes taking consideration of his food allergies. The only downside is that it's so popular, most of the times it can be noisy as it's crowded. Otherwise it's perfect for a quick lunch for the family.

Very nice food but don't order your starters and mains at the same time as they serve food when it is ready not starters before mains.
