Today I bought a mocha from this cafe and gave the lady £2.20 as stated on the blackboard. She said I was 20p short (I thought I must have counted out the wrong change). After handing her the 20p, she explained that the till price had been updated, but not the blackboard. I told her that she shouldn't be charging a different price at the till as was on display, she must charge the displayed price as that is the law.
I did not get the 20p back. I won't be returning here - I was going to go to Costa but thought it better to support a local company. My mistake.

The Big Fill catered for our 17-day film shoot in and around Tunbridge Wells. The service we received was efficient, reliable and friendly, and good value for money. I recommend them as film caterers.

We are visitors from New Zealand and just happened drop in to The Big Fill for brunch as we were passing. The Breakfast was great - real home-cooked style and flavour - the bacon was outstanding. And a fine cuppa. Lovely friendly people too. A good, honest, value-for-money cafe - can highly recommend this place

Christina the owner of the Big Fill is a delight to deal with. The staff there are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. We have been ordering from there our Friday lunches for staff and they have always delivered on time and food has been wonderful. The platters are delicious and great value for money. I cannot recommend the Big Fill highly enough.

My company asked me to arrange bacon sandwiches for the entire business and despite the short notice Big Fill were able to make to order for 220 bacon sandwiches, including vegetarian ones, and they were all delicious. The lady I spoke with, Christina, made the process easy from start to finish too which helped a lot. Highly recommended and will be coming back should we need to organize anything again!
