Brigid is a wonderful yoga teacher, her classes are challenging and inspiring and she often weaves in a little yoga philosophy into her classes which helps to remind us why we are on our mats! I found her antenatal and postnatal classes a wonderful opportunity to meet and share with mums-to-be whilst at the same time nurturing myself and my baby.
