Excellent night's sleep as usual. I really like having multiple fluffy pillows (thinner ones were also available). A fireworks display was on at the Arena and we didn't hear it at all in our ground floor room, there's good sound-proofing too.

The rooms are up to the normal high standards you expect with PI so no problems there, breakfast was reasonable, by that I mean reasonable for pr-cooked food, I much prefer freshly cooked breakfast but it was ok.
Plenty of choice for the continental option though.
We unexpectedly arrived 45 minutes before the 14:00 earliest check in time but they wouldn't let us check in early which was a bit disappointing tbh, they did let us sit in the bar and spend some money though on drinks, no food, the bar/ restaurant was very cold as well, not a comfortable environment to sit in.

Stayed and had full English breakfast it was beautifully cooked red hot and plentyful. Fantastic service throughout. A massive complement to the chef Nick and wonderful staff that worked so hard throughout our stay

Hotel is fairly easy to get to on major roads and free parking on site. Nice large room with a very comfortable bed. About 15-20 minutes into the city centre depending on time of day. Close to Meadowhall for shopping.

The staff are very happy and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. We have stayed previously and as enjoyable. The only recommendation we have, is that the corridors are very warm. There is no air conditioning or cooling fans in the room. The fan can only decrease your 19c which is not enough when experiencing a Warm spell that we are at present.
