I have only visited this place for work. It is perfect for reading, writing and discussing things within small groups. The catering was it too good, but that's not the halls fault. I am only missing an open cafe here. Something simple would be perfect.

Lovely setting for a wedding. Excellent hall itself, staff were very good and the catering was brilliant. All came together to make a wonderful day

We thoroughly enjoyed our fantastic day at Whirlowbrook Hall. Kelsey and the staff were absolutely amazing, looking after us from the first meeting and jumping through every hoop to help us create our highly customised dream wedding. We also enjoyed having Danny as the MC/entertainment, he was enthusiastic and looked after the children & bubbles expertly. They were able to cater for our every need, nothing was ever any trouble and we felt supported all the way through the preparation and all through the big day.
The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of places for the dream photos, whatever the weather. There are so many amazing spots around the ground, be it reflections from the ponds or the stunning hall and lawn in the background.
The indoor rooms are perfect for more intimate photos, when the bride is getting ready and for family shots throughout the day. The rooms are also useful to hide children /grandparents if they need a break from the excitement.
As for the food, well it was perfect. The portions were spot on and all the guests enjoyed their grub. The service was excellent and everyone was catered for. Of course the sticky toffee pudding lived up to its growing reputation and was truly delicious.
We want to thank everyone at Whirlowbrook Hall for making our wedding day the perfect day we will always remember.
